The AIC successfully hosted the second gathering of the NC Native Leadership Institute, January 17-19, in Wilmington, NC with the inaugural cohort of 24 current and emerging Native leaders across the state. The group visited and met with leaders of the Waccamaw Siouan Tribe to learn about tribal leadership and community assets. We greatly appreciate the hospitality extended by the Waccamaw Siouan Tribe.
