Decolonizing the Classroom: Strategizing with Indigenous Allies

First Nations Graduate Circle is hosting a virtual event as part of the campus-wide celebration of Native American Heritage Month. “Decolonizing the Classroom: Strategizing with Indigenous Allies” brings together instructors from departments across UNC to discuss how to create an academic environment in which students learn to interrogate power structures, listen to different voices as they strengthen their own, and value community engagement.
